APPLIED KINESIOLOGY

Applied Kinesiology (AK) is a holistic approach to health that assesses the structural, chemical, and mental aspects of well-being through manual muscle testing. This non-invasive technique uses muscle strength as a diagnostic tool to evaluate the body's function and dynamics, particularly within the musculoskeletal system. AK treatments may include joint adjustments, myofascial therapies, cranial techniques, acupuncture, nutritional guidance, and addressing environmental factors, among other reflex procedures. This is a non-invasive technique that allows practitioners to evaluate the body's function from a complete perspective.

ACUPUNCTURE

Acupuncture, a therapeutic practice with over 2,000 years of history in China, involves the precise insertion and manipulation of fine needles into specific points on the body. This technique is rooted in the concept of Qi, the vital energy that flows through channels known as meridians, akin to highways traversing the body. By strategically placing acupuncture needles at certain points, we aim to clear blockages and restore the smooth flow of Qi, thereby promoting the body's natural ability to heal and achieve balance. Additionally, acupuncture is supported by the gate control theory, which suggests that stimulating peripheral nerves with needles can inhibit pain signals from reaching the brain. This process not only alters neurotransmitter release but also enhances blood flow to areas associated with pain perception, offering a holistic approach to pain management and overall well-being.

NET = NEURO EMOTIONAL TECHNIQUE

In exploring the Triad of Health, which encompasses trauma, thoughts, and toxins, we often find it straightforward to pinpoint traumas and toxins. However, understanding the impact of thoughts requires a deeper dive. This is where Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) comes into play, focusing on the emotional and stress responses within the body. We're all familiar with the stress response modes of flight, fight, freeze, or fawn. These are indicative of the brain becoming entrenched in a mind-body pattern, shaping our reactions to various stimuli.

The concept that "The Body Keeps the Score" or that "Feelings Buried Alive Never Die" suggests that stress responses can be harbored in different areas of the body, leading to a host of health concerns. NET is a tool that helps in identifying unresolved events, whether real or imagined, and utilizes the patient's emotional reality to adjust their physiological response, paving the way for healing and balance.
